Benin CNCB BESC requirements and updates from the National Shippers Council.
The National Shippers Council of Benin (CNCB – Conseil National des Chargeurs du Bénin) oversees BESC (Bordereau Électronique de Suivi des Cargaisons) requirements for shipments to Cotonou and other Beninese ports.
BESC mandatory: All maritime imports to Benin require a validated BESC certificate. Apply before vessel departure. The certificate must be validated before cargo arrival at Cotonou.
Documents: Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Freight Invoice, Packing List. GetCTN processes Benin BESC within 24-48 hours. Contact us for assistance.
