Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GetCTN as your CTN provider for export shipments to Africa. We offer a money-back guarantee. Due to the nature of our service, refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application.

Full Refund

  • If the certificate or CTN number could not be delivered
  • If the certificate is delayed due to GetCTN's fault and you wish to terminate the application

75% Refund

If the CTN number has not been dispatched and you request to cancel for a reason not related to, nor caused by, GetCTN.

No Refund

If funds have been used to create and/or validate your CTN number and/or the certificate is ready, we cannot cancel the application or refund the payment. Please contact us well in advance if you wish to cancel.

General Terms

  • We are not responsible for any transaction costs (e.g. bank fees)
  • Refunds are made only through the original mode of payment
