Obtaining the Angola CNCA (Certificado Nacional de Conhecimento de Carga) involves a clear process. Angola is unique – it requires the original hard copy, not PDF.
Process: 1) Submit Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Freight Invoice, Packing List (and DU if required). 2) GetCTN verifies and submits to ARCCLA. 3) After validation and payment, we ship the original via DHL/FedEx to your consignee or agent in Angola. 4) Consignee receives the original before cargo arrival for customs clearance.
Timing: Apply as soon as you have draft B/L. Validation takes 24-48 hours. Courier delivery adds 3-7 days depending on destination. Plan accordingly.
