What is ARCCLA?

15 December 2021

ARCCLA is Angola's cargo tracking authority. Learn how it relates to CNCA certificates and Angola shipping requirements.

ARCCLA (Agência de Regulação e Supervisão das Actividades de Comercialização e Logística) is the Angolan regulatory body overseeing cargo tracking and the CNCA (Certificado Nacional de Conhecimento de Carga) certificate.

CNCA and ARCCLA: The CNCA is the mandatory cargo tracking document for Angola. ARCCLA regulates the process and works with authorized agents like GetCTN to issue certificates.

Angola-specific requirements: Angola is unique – it requires the original hard copy of the CNCA certificate, shipped via courier (DHL/FedEx) to the consignee or agent at the destination port. Electronic PDF is not accepted.

Documents needed: Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Freight Invoice, Packing List, and DU (Documento Unico) for some shipments. Contact GetCTN for full Angola CNCA requirements.
